UE 45/7 Stator with Integrated Clamp – Available in 60 or 70 Shore
The UE 45/7 Stator is the matching stator for the UE 45/7 screw pump / rotor stator pump. With a flow rate of up to 66 l/min at 400 RPM, it is designed for demanding material pumping applications.
We supply the UE 45/7 stator in two different rubber hardnesses, allowing you to select the version that best suits your application:
- Green UE 45/7 Stator – 60 Shore
- Yellow UE 45/7 Stator – 70 Shore
The green 60 Shore version uses a relatively soft rubber compound, while the yellow 70 Shore version provides a harder alternative.
Both versions feature an integrated clamp, allowing the stator to be tightened and adjusted as required.
Important: 127 mm Stator Diameter
The UE 45/7 has a 127 mm stator diameter, making it considerably wider than conventional D-series stators such as the D6-3. It is therefore important to ensure that your machine is equipped with the correct pressure flange for the UE 45/7.
For optimum compatibility between the pump components, we recommend purchasing the complete UE 45/7 Rotor Stator Set.

Two Rubber Hardnesses Available
Choose between two versions depending on the required rubber hardness:
Green – 60 Shore:
The softer version of the UE 45/7 stator.
Yellow – 70 Shore:
The harder alternative for applications where a firmer rubber compound is preferred.
