Putzmeister spare parts by machine

  • MP 25, Mixit and 48 V version: mixing spiral 211773003, driver claw, pressure flanges, Delta compressor and repair kit, flow meter, controls, wheels.
  • S5, S 5 EV, EV/CM, EV/TM and S 5 EF: clamping jacket, pressure connection and seals, cardan shaft, V-belt and drive parts, mixing tube and pan mixer parts.
  • SP 11, Beliso, TMR, LMR and THF: clamping jacket, flexible coupling, seals, and diesel engine parts such as oil filter, fuel pre-filter, fuel pump, starter and generator.
  • MSX: no longer on the market, but we carry its common parts: mixing shaft, contactor 15 kW, 42 V, tension anchor set, and the wheel with brake and double push button it shares with the MP 25.

Rotor stators for Putzmeister machines

  • MP 25: every D-series rotor stator. The standard pump of the MP 25 Mixit, listed by Putzmeister as "D6" with the "Ø 6-2L" stator, is our D5-2.5. The UE 45/7 does not fit.
  • S5: the 2L6 is standard on the S 5 EV, EV/CM and EV/TM. The S 5 EF uses the 2L74.
  • SP 11: the 2L6 is standard. Depending on the version, Putzmeister also lists the 2L75, 2L88 and 2L74.

All D-series pumps share the same flange and rotate right (clockwise). The 2L6 stator is always 101.6 mm. All models: rotor stator sets, single rotors and stators.

Finding the right Putzmeister part

  • Putzmeister number: the surest way to match a part. Where we have it, the product page gives it. Compare it with your machine's parts list.
  • Machine version: Putzmeister has a separate parts list for each version, for example MP 25 Mixit and MP 25 with 48 V control, or S 5 EV and S 5 EF. The type plate shows the version, article number and machine number.
  • Not sure? Send us the machine type and machine number, the part number or a photo of the old part, and we'll identify it.

Frequently Asked Questions About Putzmeister Spare Parts

Is there a Putzmeister spare parts catalogue?

Putzmeister issues its own spare parts list for each machine version. The number of a part is in that list and often on the part itself. On our machine pages for the MP 25, S5 and SP 11, the parts we stock are listed by assembly with their Putzmeister numbers.

Can you supply Putzmeister parts that are not in the shop?

Not every Putzmeister part is listed in the shop. Send us the Putzmeister number and the quantity you need, and we'll check whether we can supply it and send you a quote.

Are the prices net?

Yes. All prices in the shop are net, excluding VAT and shipping. Dealers and buyers of larger quantities can ask us for a quote with better terms.

Are these original Putzmeister parts?

Some are. Where a part is an original Putzmeister part, the product page says so and gives the Putzmeister number. The others, including our rotor stators, are replacement parts for Putzmeister machines. If a product page does not say "original Putzmeister", ask us.

Do you ship outside Germany?

Yes. We ship from Berlin across Europe and internationally. Shipping costs depend on weight and destination. Consignments over 30 kg, such as machines, are quoted individually.
